Welcome to the website of the Miami-Dade Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Miami-Dade Urbanized Area. This latest Plan is for fiscal years 2023/2024 to 2027/2028 as adopted by the Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) governing board. But, what is a TIP? The TIP is a staged, multi-year program that sets the priorities of the transportation improvement projects with federal, state, and local funding. The TIP is also the capital improvements element of the Long Range Transportation Plan. The TIP is updated every year as required by Federal regulations. This multimedia tool provides access to the Plan as well as its related documents and other useful websites.
