Bicycle and pedestrian projects in the 2017 Transportation Improvement Program are taken from the non-motorized section of the 2040 LRTP, the Transportation Alternatives Program application cycle and through agency coordination for other transportation projects. Projects are presented to the Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee for public information and comment.
